Speaker system DALI Rubicon 5 is a floor Junior model in this range. Column is made in a compact body with a height of 89 cm and has high-quality external finish (options: black or white piano lacquer, or natural wood). Emitters on the front panel are a neat metal edging, making the DALI Rubicon 5 looks very good with the removed protective netting. For mechanical decoupling from the floor surface acoustic systems are equipped with spikes, which optionally can be replaced with damping rubber support (also supplied).

Like the other models, except Rubicon 2 bookshelf, this speaker system is equipped with a combined high frequency unit. It consists of tweeters with soft fabric dome with a diameter of 29 mm and tape Squeaker (the size of the emitting membrane 17 x 45 mm). This solution allowed us to extend the range of frequencies reproduced by the column, up to 34 kHz, providing full realization of the sound quality of music recorded in HD formats. The crossover frequency for the tweeters between the selected 14000 Hz, which helped to get the smoothest frequency response in the area of MF/HF.

Subwoofer in a column equipped with 165-mm diffuser from a mixture of wood pulp and paper material, which the company DALI has been successfully applied in acoustics basovich its high class. The diffuser is mounted on wide elastic suspension, and the speaker itself is mounted on a cast anti-resonance chassis and has a powerful magnetic system. Besovic is loaded on the phase inverter, outlet of which is displayed on the rear panel of the column. The crossover between WOOFER and tweeter dome configured to 2900 Hz. For connection to amplifier there are two pairs of gold plated binding posts.

DALI Rubicon 5 are ideal for use in stereo systems, where they will successfully cope with playing music of various genres, and in the front channels of a home theater.
