New 7.2-channel model Onkyo TX-RZ900 certified THX Select2 Plus, and works with UltraHD (4K 50/60 Hz) and uses HDCP 2.2 to view the protected 4K video. In the apparatus involves manually wound toroidal transformer, audiophile-grade capacitors and high-current discrete amplifiers, allowing to achieve the lower limit of the frequency response at 5 Hz.
AV receiver is equipped with a 32-bit DSP, supports up to Dolby Atmos 5.1.2-channel configurations and DTS:X, which allows to use additional ceiling speakers. For calibration the AU is used AccuEQ system. In each channel Onkyo TX-RZ900 installed AK4458 DAC (32bit/384kHz), and to eliminate noise caused by the clock pulses, the technology VLSC.
For "fronts" used parallel push-pull amplification circuit that increases the power of the bass. Each channel has 3-stage inverted scheme Darlington transistors. WRAT technology, which can prevent phase shift, improves the sound and allows to work even with capricious AC. The model produces power 200 W per channel (6 Ohms).
The device supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, AirPlay and can play DSD (5.6 MHz), FLAC (24 bit/192 kHz), etc. audio formats, which are stored on computers and servers of the local network. Available online services TuneIn Radio, Spotify and Deezer. Has AM/FM tuner.
The AV receiver has got a new sleek design. The center of its aluminum facade occupied by the display, under which there is a cover that hides the controls, 6.3 mm headphone Jack, HDMI port and an input for a calibration microphone. The right side is a volume knob, and buttons to select sources and to control zone 2 and 3. On the left is the power button/standby, the activator of modes of "pure stereo", the buttons and knobs to select the sound modes and setting the tones.
The model has a wide switching capabilities. Inputs rear: 7 x HDMI (with 4K support), the MM input of the Phono stage, 2 coax/3 optical, USB, Ethernet port, etc. Outputs: 2 x HDMI (one for zone 2), 7.2-channel (RCA), RCA for two additional zones and others. There are 11 pairs of screw terminals, two of which can be used for zone 2 and 3. To control the receiver via the remote control or the app for devices with Android and iOS.
The model Onkyo TX-RZ900 meets all modern requirements in terms of functionality and provides a rich, powerful, dynamic sound in cinema, as well as accurate, musical and natural sound feed in stereo.
