Description stereo amplifier, Onkyo A-9010
Integrated amplifier Onkyo A-9010 is an entry-level model in the catalog company, but it used many technical solutions of the more expensive Onkyo devices. First of all, this technology broadband amplification WRAT – special circuitry that allows to significantly expand the frequency range of the sound while reducing the level of nonlinear distortions. Audioshare in the A-9010 is made discrete, the device has a low output impedance for good matching with different speaker systems and audio circuits installed capacitors are audiophile grade. The output transistors are mounted on heat sinks, machined aluminum, and provides effective heat dissipation in the most critical situations.
The amplifier has a very broad functionality. On the front panel, where the Central place occupies a large volume knob, there are also tone controls at low and high frequencies, stereoblonde, start buttons of loudness and direct feed of the input signal. There are also additional input for connecting portable players and headphone output, with the latest in Onkyo A-9010 uses a separate amplification circuit. Because of its significant height and well located controls integrated amplifier easy to use and looks much more expensive than its price.
To the device you can connect a MM-pickup turntable and four line sources. In addition, the A-9010 features a built-in digital-to-analog Converter based on the chip WM8718, and two digital inputs – optical and coaxial. DAC can decode PCM-stream with parameters up to 24 bit / 192 kHz (when using the coaxial input). All the connectors on the rear panel of the amplifier are gold-plated contact surfaces, and to connect acoustic systems use reliable screw terminals. However, their installation inside the Onkyo A-9010 is designed to ensure optimal transfer of substantial peak currents.
